It’s a carbon fiber bar and the stem was aluminum with ti bolts.
…wondering if deda phazer bar is hydro-formed ti, carbon wrapped aluminum or just plain ol’ painted carbon ?…wonder the same about the stem, proprietary end pieces welded w/ tubing ?…it’s hard to tell in photo but there looks to be too little bolt purchase for aluminum or carbon ?…
