		<description>Thanks so much for the post Neil. I&#039;ve followed this team, and all it&#039;s different manifestations and configurations for years. Truly a class and character organization right the way through. I&#039;ve been lucky enough to join training rides with past members, been invited onto the team bus, and known some of the staff. 

Gord Frasier is truly one of the nicest guys I&#039;ve ever met. 

With the heritage and winning tradition of this team over the past decade, what bike racer  wouldn&#039;t be thrilled to be riding for Mike T., Gord, Tierry, and the rest of management?

Great to see UHC picked them up. Big kudos to and for both groups.</description>
